Per our substitution policy, the item you chose is unavailable or does not meet our standards, an item of equal or greater value may be substituted. Chocolate in our gifts may be replaced with other gourmet items of equal or greater value from May through September (during the Summer), when the weather gets warmer. These substitutions are done to ensure the timely arrival and freshness of your gifts as well as the integrity of the presentation.
DeliveryYou will be provided with an estimated delivery date on all ground and next day orders. Please note that this is only an estimated delivery date; you will need to choose an expedited shipping method to guarantee a specific delivery date.
Adult signatures are required for all gifts containing wine. All other gifts are sent without a required signature; occasionally the courier may determine that the location is not safe to leave an unattended package and will attempt delivery at a later date. At worst case, the carrier may leave the package at the closest pickup location and will leave a note on your door with a contact number to arrange a day or pickup time.
